Procurement activities and donations

The Donation and Procurement area is in charge of managing donations from cadaveric and living donors, from the referral by the Hospital Transplant Coordination Units – COT, to the final assessment of donor and tissue suitability.

All activity is carried out in compliance with European and Italian regulations that allow FBTV to distribute thousands of tissues each year in conditions of maximum safety for the recipient, while guaranteeing the best possible quality.
