The Treviso Tissue Bank fosters and supports study and research projects to further the appropriate and safe use of donor tissues in all patients, and encourages surgeons, institutions and researchers to work in close collaboration.

As part of its ‘new’ projects, TTBF has commenced close collaboration with units of excellence within the public health system, hospitals and universities with a view to sharing indications on clinical requirements and fostering joint efforts to bring about innovation.

There are several new prospective areas of donor tissue application currently being opened up by state-of-the-art research.
