All tissue is accompanied by written documentation attesting to its suitability for use in transplantation.
The Traceability Report includes the following essential information regarding:
   • donor safety: clinical history, objective tests and microbial test results;
   • traceability: each tissue is identified with a unique code that allows for its constant traceability;
   • tissue safety and quality.
Tissue traceability requires that the TRACEABILITY REPORT be completed once transplantation has taken place, with the recipient’s data, date of implantation, and name of the surgeon performing the operation.

Each single freeze-dried package of tissue may be used for one recipient only.
