FBTV is headed by a manager who ensures that tissue procurement, processing, quality control, storage and distribution are carried out in compliance with current legislation.
All operating personnel are highly qualified to respond to the tasks at hand, with responsibilities and skills periodically evaluated and adapted to scientific and technical progress through updates, meetings and training programmes. All personnel must be familiar with application procedures and reference regulations and be periodically updated. The training programme is described in the Quality System.

FBTV constantly assesses the competencies (education, training, awareness, experience and skills) of personnel according to the areas and roles covered. The awareness of being part of a network in which the ethical aspect plays a decisive role distinguishes the professionals involved, who work with determination to achieve objectives that allow the improvement of the lives of patients receiving tissues.
